How to fry an egg

Let’s learn how to fry an egg on a pan.
For this you will need:
-1 or 2 eggs, depending on how hungry you think you are.
Step 1
You put the pan on the stove and cooking oil so that all the pan’s surface has oil(you can skip this if you have a teflon pan, but usualy the oil adds some flavours. You should try it both ways to find out witch taste you like better)
Step 2
You take your egg/s and crack it/them on the edge of the pan or stove and pour the insides in the pan. Be carefull not to brake the yellow egg yoke.
Step 3
You let the egg/s fry until all the yoke has turned from transparent to white.You can accelerate this process by putting a lid on the pan and this will also harden the yellow yoke in the center. If you like you yellow yoke liquid fry them normaly.
Step 4
Put the egg/s on a plate add salt and enjoy your breakfast!
