A common sight in Andalusia is people sitting at outdoor cafés sipping sangría.This refreshing punch is typically made from wine, brandy, and fruit juice, but the following recipe substitutes extra fruit juice for the wine and brandy.
Sangría is most attractive when served in a clear pitcher so that the floating orange and lemon slices can be seen. First drink the punch. Then dip into the bottom of your glass with a spoon to
get the punch-soaked bits of fruit.
