2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. almond extract
1/4 c. blanched unsalted almonds

fried eggLet’s learn how to fry an egg on a pan.

For this you will need:
-1 or 2 eggs, depending on how hungry you think you are.

Step 1
You put the pan on the stove and cooking oil so that all the pan’s surface has oil(you can skip this if you have a teflon pan, but usualy the oil adds some flavours. You should try it both ways to find out witch taste you like better)
Step 2
You take your egg/s and crack it/them on the edge of the pan or stove and pour the insides in the pan. Be carefull not to brake the yellow egg yoke.
